Privacy Policy

Apex Auto Collision ("we," "us") operates this website to help local drivers book collision and auto body repair. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects and what we do with it.
Information you give us
- Booking requests. When you use "Book Now," you give us your phone number so our scheduling assistant can text you to set up your appointment.
- Damage photos. When you use "Send Photos," you text us photos and whatever details you choose to include.
- Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the information you share so we can help with your repair.
Information collected automatically
- Site analytics. We log basic visit data: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city level), device type, a random identifier stored in your browser, and which site buttons you use (for example, tapping "Call" or "Book Now," or copying our address). We do not store your full IP address in our visit logs.
- Visitor identification. Like many businesses, we use a third-party identity service (currently RB2B) that may recognize some U.S. visitors and provide us their name, business contact details, and general location, so we can follow up about repairs. This only applies to visitors in the United States.
- Hosting analytics. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects aggregate, privacy-friendly traffic metrics.
How we use it
- To schedule appointments, respond to you, and coordinate your repair and insurance claim.
- To understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.
- To follow up with visitors who showed interest in our services.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that make the site and shop run: our website host (Vercel), our scheduling/texting assistant (Parrot), our analytics storage, and the visitor-identification service named above. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Opt out of visitor identification. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal — when it's on, the identification service doesn't load. You can also email us to have your information deleted.
- Access, correction, deletion. Email aautocollision0@gmail.com and we'll handle it. Texas residents and residents of states with similar privacy laws can exercise their rights the same way — we don't discriminate for doing so.
- Texting. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving messages.
Retention
Repair and booking records are kept as long as needed for business, insurance, and legal purposes. Site visit logs are capped and roll off automatically.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with vehicle repairs and isn't directed to children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
